2. Services Provided
We offer exterior cleaning services across West Yorkshire and specialist ivy removal in selected UK cities. Services include (but are not limited to):
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Render & soft washing
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Ivy removal
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for work.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
- If additional work is required, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: No charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: A call-out fee may apply.
4.2 Company Cancellations
We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, staff illness, or operational issues. We will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Access Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear access to all areas to be cleaned
- Gates and entry points are unlocked
- Cars or obstacles are moved if required
- Water or electricity access is available (if applicable)
If adequate access is not provided, the job may be postponed and a call-out fee may apply.
6. Liability & Damages
We are fully insured and take great care during all services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property, gutters, roofs, tiles, render or fixtures
- Loose pointing, tiles, gutter brackets or fixings dislodging during cleaning
- Damage caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer
- Blocked or damaged gutters caused by structural defects
If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, it will be covered in accordance with our insurance policy terms.
7. Ivy Removal Disclaimer
Ivy can cause hidden or existing structural damage. During removal:
- Render, brickwork, or paint may peel away
- Roots may leave marks or staining
- Complete cosmetic restoration cannot be guaranteed
We take every precaution, but Trusted Cleanerz Ltd cannot guarantee zero damage due to the unpredictable nature of ivy roots.
8. Weather Conditions
Certain services may be postponed due to:
- Heavy rain
- Strong winds
- Freezing temperatures
- Unsafe roof or ladder conditions
Your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest safe opportunity.
9. Payments
Payments must be made:
- Immediately upon job completion for residential customers
- Within 7 days for commercial clients, unless stated otherwise
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, card payments, or invoicing.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service information
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Keep pets and children away from work areas
- Follow safety guidance provided by our team
